Winter Scene #2

My second winter scene of the 2012-2013 winter.  This was painted from a reference pic.  I really like using a knife for winter scenes.  Still not comfortable using it in scenes from other seasons.  I really like winter scenes as they are easy for me to paint relatively well.  The other seasons aren't so easy for me to get the colors interesting.

Toying with color a bit here...I kind of like it but not certain if I want to go this way as an artist...still learning and trying to understand a lot.
